Configure, customize, and enhance ITSM modules:Incident, Problem, Change, RequestCMDB & DiscoveryKnowledge & Service CatalogSLAs, UI Policies, Client/Server ScriptsBuild workflows and automation using Flow Designer, business rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs.Develop service catalog items, record producers, and fulfillment workflows.Create dashboards, Performance Analytics metrics, and ITSM reporting.ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Development
