MNP is seeking a Manager to lead our Enterprise Risk - Governance & Risk Management team. The role focuses on delivering tailored governance, risk management, internal controls, process improvement, and business advisory solutions across diverse industries. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, providing strategic insight and coaching to empower clients to achieve business goals while protecting their organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal, planning and delivery of enterprise risk services engagements with a focus on governance, risk management, internal controls, process improvement, and business advisory services.
• Conduct assessments, improve process design, identify efficiencies and opportunities, and develop roadmaps to achieve strategic client priorities.
• Provide tangible advice, guidance and coaching to strengthen client organizational leadership.
