About the Role
JOB PURPOSE
To lead and manage site-based electrical engineering execution for large-scale renewable energy project portfolios, ensuring all electrical works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements. The role is accountable for on-site coordination, construction supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover of all electrical systems to achieve successful project completion and commercial operation.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA
1) Electrical & Power System Design
Manage and review all electrical design deliverables including, single line diagrams (SLD), cable routing & sizing, MV/HV substation design, protection coordination, earthing & lightning protection systems, auxiliary power systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, MS), utility grid codes, and project specifications.
Review OEM designs (PCS, inverter, transformer, switchgear, SCADA, BESS...
