Location and Flexibility

This is a hybrid role. You will work from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 days per week or 8 days per month) or Porto Alegre (3 days per week or 12 days per month). The WFN culture fosters in‑person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.

The Opportunity

As an Engineering Lead at TELUS Digital, you will manage a highly skilled engineering team building digital products for our clients and help them achieve personal and professional goals. You will drive the team and clients to use cutting‑edge techniques for software delivery and shape the solutions we create. You will also maintain active involvement in development, guide technical decisions, and contribute directly to coding when needed. The ideal candidate will lead technical decisions in the Node.js (backend) and React (frontend) ecosystems.
