About the Role

Will lead a team of electrical and mechanical design engineers engaged in design of Switching Power Supply 
Responsibilities: 
Ensure that the team meets over-all design goals. 

Research, develop and execute design plans. 

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high quality and cost effectiveness of design products. 

Lead electrical and mechanical engineers while coordinating with key contributors within the company and local engineering university. 

Interact across all business as solutions are required in multiple industries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering. 

At least 10 years’ experience in power supply industry. 

Experience in leading a group of design engineers.
