Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical works for ACMV systems on assigned projects.
• Plan and track project progress to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, safety rules, and regulations.
• Guide and supervise electrical supervisors, engineers, and site teams.
• Work closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to solve site issues.
• Review method statements, shop drawings, and risk assessments for electrical ACMV works.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and rectification works.
• Monitor site progress, work quality, manpower, and resources.
• Manage subcontractors, including progress claims, variations, and performance.
• Carry out regular site inspections and safety checks.
