The Real Time Operations division within T&D System Operations is seeking a Manager Distribution Operations (M1) reporting to the Senior Manager Distribution Operations, T&D System Operations.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide engaging shift employees people leadership, operational expertise, and technical insight in support of the 24/7 operation of BC Hydro’s electricity distribution system.
• Demonstrate the ability to make timely and effective decisions and will be skilled at setting priorities and delegating as required.
• Focus on building and sustaining an engaged and effective workforce to deliver on the mandate of Real Time Operations.
