About the Job

The Digital Platform Manager reports to the Head of Digital Transformation and is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and continuous optimisation of digital platforms that support new business models, operational efficiencies, and enhanced customer experiences.

This role blends platform ownership with senior‑level business analysis capabilities, ensuring all initiatives are grounded in data-driven insights, strong stakeholder alignment, and robust execution. The Digital Platform Manager acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and transformation programmes to ensure digital platforms are delivered with high quality, scalability, and measurable business impact.
