Eligibility
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s preferably Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, from an HEC recognized institute/University, additionally any qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5 - 10 years of Enterprise IT or Digital Transformation experience in a leadership role, within banking or financial services.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in AI, RPA & Digital Delivery
- Strong regulatory compliance knowledge (SBP, PCI-DSS, SWIFT CSP, ISO 27001)
- Proficiency in AI OPS, modern monitoring tools, and DevOps environment
- Vendor and contract management expertise
- Hands-on experience in driving technology modernization initiatives within medium to large organizations
