Manager, Cybersecurity

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Cyber Security is responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems supporting gaming, hotel, and corporate operations. This role ensures the effective execution of cybersecurity controls in a 24/7 resort and casino environment, where system availability, regulatory compliance, and rapid incident response are critical to business operations.

The role focuses on vulnerability management, endpoint protection, security monitoring, and incident response, working closely with Infrastructure, Application, GRC, and Data Privacy teams to remediate risks and maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST-CRF and DPA controls.

This position provides hands-on leadership, drives remediation accountability across IT teams, and ensures cybersecurity risks are actively managed and reduced.
