Manager - Controllership

Job Duties :  Responsible for assuring all financial and accounting operations are in compliance with IndAS, IGAAP and IFRS. Develop local policies, SOPs and procedures where needed.
 Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures in a timely and accurate manner including preparation of monthly reconciliation of all key balance sheet accounts and supporting schedules
 Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial results to management team
 Oversee entire general ledger function
 Responsible for Business risk assessment and analysis
 Manage day to day accounting activities and identify and implement more efficient and automated processes and procedures
 Assist in sharing information required for monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns
 Review and ensure strong financial controls are maintained in the business
 End to End management of financial Reporting & Audits (Statutory and group reporting)
