About the Role

Responsibilities:
Manage the monthly and quarterly reporting process for NRE
In charge of domiciled company entities including commentary and analysis of the results
Management of Luxembourg Accounting team
Support NRE Reporting function located overseas
Work closely with the Tax Manager to ensure structural and tax compliance across all jurisdictions
Overview of local statutory compliance
Management of internal control process in line with SOX
Management of relationship with external service providers and property managers
Manage the consolidated US GAAP NRE audit and local audit process
Provide finance support for the acquisition and disposal process
Adhoc requests and special projects, as needed
 Requirements: 
Qualified Accountant with 8-12 years experience in real estate sector and exposure to SEC regulations...
