About the Role
Job Title: Manager – Control & Automation (Industrial Engineering)
Location: FB Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Control & Automation, Maintenance, and Utilities functions across multiple production units
- Supervise and mentor a team of 40+ engineers and technicians
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance programs
- Oversee textile, plastic processing, foundry, and utility systems maintenance
- Conduct root cause analysis and ensure rapid breakdown recovery
- Design, implement, and manage SCADA systems and energy dashboards
- Lead PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, Delta) and HMI development
- Manage automation project lifecycle: design, commissioning, and documentation
- Develop and integrate custom in-house industrial machines
- Monitor utilities including boilers, air compressors, and ETP systems
