Manager, Contracts - Hybrid

As the Manager, Contracts (Orthopaedics) at Stryker Canada, you will lead a multidisciplinary team across three key sub-functions: Contract Management, Value Adds (rebate) administration, and Pricing Operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance contract lifecycle management, optimize value-based programs, and ensure pricing integrity across all divisions. This role requires a strong leader who can drive operational excellence, foster cross-functional collaboration, and develop talent while aligning with Stryker’s mission and values. This role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to handle complex financial implications.
