The Audiobooks team is scaling Spotify’s publisher ecosystem across Europe, building long-term, high-impact relationships with book publishers. As the primary point of contact for your portfolio, you’ll shape how partnerships operate in practice — negotiating distribution terms, securing high-value catalog, and driving sustainable regional growth. You’ll collaborate closely with product, operations, growth, editorial, and cost management teams to improve execution and unlock new opportunities for partners and listeners.
