Manager - Content & Learning Solutions

• Design, develop, and update training courses, TCF books, and supplementary learning materials based on established pedagogical best practices and user feedback.
• Ensure that all content is clear, accurate, and accessible for the intended audience.
• The Manager will lead the enhancement of STEM teaching and learning materials, implement content quality processes, and integrate classroom insights and market research into content design.

Content Quality Assurance

• Apply the content scorecard and quality benchmarks developed alongside the Senior Manager to review and improve content.
• Assist in maintaining consistency, clarity, and educational impact across print and digital resources.
• Develop, Conduct and Analyse Training Need Analysis to generate need based and generic training content/courses.
