Role Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Compliance & EHS professional to independently manage all
statutory, social, environmental, and factory compliance requirements across the organization. The
role is focused on ensuring full compliance with legal, customer, and regulatory standards while
supporting business operations through proactive risk management and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Statutory & Legal Compliance
Independently manage all labour law and statutory compliance requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable Central and State labour regulations.
Liaise with government authorities, labour department officials, and factory inspectors.
Handle inspections, notices, documentation, and closure of compliance observations....
