About the Role
- Ensure notifications to customers within the defined time
- Plan notification to customers during high volumes and major disruptions in coordination with call center, Network planning and Revenue management, flight operations team to ensure timely notification to customers and no adverse impact on call center service level
- To act as first point of contact and provide support in terms of adhoc notification as required by other departments
- Ensure notifications content reflect IndiGo brand and same is registered on DLT platform as per TRAI requirement.
- To effectively handle projects related to the activities of the department that includes but not limited to the following, enhancement in notification system, disruption management system, codeshare process setup for customer relations, periodic improvement in existing process
- Responsible for generating business documentation, including but not limited to, report writing, process documentation, ...
