Manager, Cloud Engineer

The overarching objective of the Senior Manager, Cloud Services is to assist the wider team of the operational performance of company's Group shared Public Cloud services. The role will ensure the smooth operation of the Public Cloud services by responding to business unit requests.

The role will also work closely with the Cloud Engineer, Automation to identify new use cases for automation from frequent business unit provisioning or support requests.

Supporting of cloud environments such as Azure (primary location) and AWS, while working with changing priorities from the team and other teams within Group Technology.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist in the support of the multi-cloud environment (predominantly Azure but with an AliCloud and AWS footprint)
