As core business partner, lead the most accurate demand plan for all channels and ensure top-down demand plan is aligned with Channel targets and GCA strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate Account ambition to buy guidance based on Net Sales / Sell-out targets for AccountsGenerate Account demand rolling plan, and liaise with Channel to coordinate their demand planning activities to ensure smooth channel executionSupport and facilitate mitigation planning by Category and Account for any OTB gaps Provide inputs to SP milestones representing Channel and Accounts demand requirementsMonthly business review by Category and Accounts with cross-function (e.g. Sell-out plan, ST% analysis, promotion proposal, OTB adjustment)Identify Chase and Buffer buy opportunities early on (e.g. what sells well, customer feedback), Weekly bestseller analy...
