Key Responsibilities:  
Transition and Program Management:  Developed and implemented transition strategies aligned with client business objectives, leading the seamless execution of transition programs. Managed end-to-end program delivery following Transition Methodology & Tollgates, ensuring successful outcomes across key workstreams, including KT, IT Solutions, Quality/SLA, and Change Management. 
Pre-Transition Engagement/RFP:  Participated in pre-transition workshops to gain insights and fine-tune solutions, addressing stated customer needs. Collaborated with stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer requirements and expectations. Developed comprehensive questionnaires to gather detailed information on client needs, current processes, and potential challenges. Analyzed responses to tailor transition strategies effectively.
