Manager, Business Analytics

As the Manager, Business Analytics, you will lead a team of Business Intelligence (BI) Analysts and low‑code platform specialists, providing strategic and technical direction. You will deliver trusted KPI’s, manage the Enterprise Semantic Model, and create decision‑ready analytics that drive business value. The position can be based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high‑performing analytics team, setting clear growth paths, performance standards, and mentoring frameworks.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and development planning while coaching the team in day‑to‑day tasks.
• Lead and scale the BI Community of Practice through monthly forums, workshops, hackathons, mentorship, and content certification initiatives.
