Introduction:
●Lead a Business Account Acquisition Team to drive SME business and deliver high caliber service to respective business channels
●	Acquire SME accounts and explore different business opportunities within Business Banking Department
Responsibilities:
Lead a Business Account Acquisition Team to drive SME business and deliver high caliber service to respective business channels
Effectively manage and monitor the sales team on business performance and new business end-to-end process in order to achieve business targets 
Achieve various business targets and contribute to sustainable business growth of Business Banking Department
Closely work with internal business partners on assigned projects to achieve and implement the business initiatives
