About the Role

We are looking for a Manager-Bid Proposal, to join our team in Bangalore. You will lead a team of bid managers and/or knowledge managers, overseeing the execution of bid strategies across multiple projects. Drive improvements in bid management processes and ensure alignment with broader business goals. Support and develop processes and people to help win business and delight customers.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in bid/proposal management
Experience leading cross-functional collaboration for strategic proposals
Knowledge of market intelligence and competitor analysis
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively in both written and spoken English with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
