The opportunity

EY is looking for a Manager with expertise in Banking sector to join its Audit team at Kuwait office to lead on complex audit engagements and support business growth. In this role, you will build and strengthen internal and external relationships while ensuring high-quality work is delivered to clients. You will identify and escalate risks, foster a positive learning culture, and mentor junior team members to support their development.

Your key responsibilities

As a manager, you'll manage the delivery of audit engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the Senior Manager / Partner and executing it in compliance with Ernst & Young's policies and protocols. When required, you'll personally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement.
