What your new challenge will look like
▪ Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, month-/year end closing (together with accounting service provider) as well as managing banking and cash flow
▪ Ensure local compliance including Chinese GAAP, tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
▪ Coordinate tax filings, audits, and interactions with external advisors, banks, and authorities
▪ Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and to support management with finance analysis and ad-hoc reporting
▪ Support budgeting and forecasting process
▪ Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
▪ Review & process travel and other related expenses
▪ Handle administrative matters and support IT service-related process
