About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager, Accounting Operations to lead Orion Digital’s (previously Mogo) Shared Services and General Accounting functions - including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and key general ledger activities.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of day-to-day accounting operations. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you’ll manage a team responsible for general accounting and shared services activities. The role includes, strengthening internal controls, and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate workflows. The candidate should have a keen interest in assessing AI capabilities throughout their responsibilities.
