About the Role
MatchBox Consulting Group is confidentially and exclusively engaged with a well-established, privately held construction and real estate development organization in the Lower Mainland to recruit a Manager, Accounting Operations.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role within a vertically integrated business operating across construction, development, and property ownership, with active projects throughout BC and Alberta. The successful candidate will act as a player-coach, owning accounting operations end-to-end while leading and developing a small, capable team.
