Overview
Account Management responsibilities for financial institution accounts. Includes but not limited to:
- Managing overall account relationship with banks
- Developing strong business relationships with heads of different business units and other key areas, as well as individual bank managers responsible for client portfolios
- Deep understanding of customer main priorities and strategy and ensuring execution
- Identifying and implementing strategies that grow MasterCard volume, revenue and share as well as supporting our customer’s business objectives
- Developing long-term strategies and tactics for customers to grow portfolios and increase their profitability
