- Managing day-to-day service operations.
- Analyse service metrics (TAT, FTR, CSAT, etc.) and identify areas for process improvement.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of service policies, procedures, and SLAs.
- Work closely with field service engineers and support their scheduling, training, and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Handle customer escalations under supervision and work towards resolution.
- Learn and support ERP/CRM systems used in service tracking and reporting.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
