Management Trainee

As a (IE) Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive development program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary for future leadership roles within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing all components of the Learning and Management Development Program (LMDP), including knowledge and skills tests, book reviews, learning sessions, projects, presentations, reporting, on-the-job training (OJT), and department rotations.
• Demonstrating consistent adherence to company policies, procedures, and core values in daily work and interactions.
• Gaining in-depth exposure to various departments such as Production, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Support Services to understand end-to-end business processes.
