MANAGEMENT TRAINEE-OUTLET OPERATIONS

At Cash Converters, where customers sell unwanted items, and shop for used and new items. Quick learning and demonstration of skills is expected during the initial 10-weeks training. The aptitudes and characters demonstrated will be constantly observed and guided to improve to meet performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day aspects of running the outlet to continuously build the outlet performance
• Impart interpersonal skills to guide the team toward customer centric service
• Organise and monitor merchandising at respective stations to deliver impact results
• Continuous learning and sharing with the team on product knowledge
• Lead and guide team to improve the value per basket sales
• Be trained and dependable to negotiate and manage the buy-in of used items
• Practice and execute the rules, policies and code of conduct
