About the Role
The Management Traineeis responsible for the:
- Ensured compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards while overseeing daily store operations
- Led sales-driving initiatives and customer engagement to meet or exceed performance targets
- Managed workforce planning, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support
- Handled store administration and regulatory compliance, including reports, permits, and safety programs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree holder. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be able to communicate well, orally and in writing, to all levels in the store operations.
- Must be able to perform well even under pressure or opposition.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and long hours.
- Must be willing to be assigned to Mabalacat, Pampanga.
