Management Information Systems Manager

Work Set Up: Onsite - McKinley, Taguig City
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage MIS reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics across the organization
Provide accurate, timely, and insightful reports to senior management for decision-making
Analyze trends, identify gaps, and highlight opportunities for operational and financial improvement
Lead and mentor a team of MIS/reporting analysts, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting processes and improve data accuracy
Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL)
Required Skills & Qualifications
15–18 years of experience in MIS/reporting, preferably in BPO or service operations
Strong expertise in BI tools, dashboards, and advanced Excel
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
