Job Description

Base Salary – $52,500 + Profit sharing

We are currently seeking new or recent graduates to join our Management Development Program. This is a full‑time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to earn profit sharing.

Successful candidates may be required to relocate within Canada. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Program Overview

• Phase1(12months): Warehouse and Customer Service – Build product knowledge, gain hands‑on experience with logistics, customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory, pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more.
• Phase2(12months): Customer Relationships and Procurement – Transition to managing large‑scale projects, read blueprint drawings to create quotes, and provide world‑class service.
