-Preparing various works with regular contractors such as construction companies, painting companies, plumbers and electricians etc.
-From painting window frames to rebuilding an entire hall
-You guide, support, but also pick up small issues yourself.

-Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry
-Hands-on practical attitude and used to working independently
-Representative and skilled in dealing with subcontractors
-Good analytical skills and solution-oriented.
