The Managed Services – Oracle SCM Functional Associate Manager will work as SME and will also assist in the delivery of managed services for support projects for our Oracle ERP and SCM clients. This role is responsible for resolving client issues, guiding the managed services team, and ensuring high-quality, timely service delivery.
