- Act as the primary service contact on
site, responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of
maintenance and service activities. - Ensure
that all preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on
time and according to agreements. - Manage
service requests, register malfunctions, and coordinate follow-up
actions with internal and external technicians. - Provide first-line troubleshooting, escalate when
necessary, and order spare parts when required. - Maintain strong daily communication with hospital
departments, medical instrument services, and Trinamics
colleagues. - Create monthly performance reports
and discuss results with stakeholders. - Monitor
service progress to balance service levels, costs, and
productivity. - Actively contribute to the
improvement of service processes for both the client and
