you will be responsible for the following:

Job Scope

Financial and P&L Management

• Direct responsibility for P&L, budget, and receivables of assigned building/center/area.
• Monitor income statements to ensure alignment with gross revenues and DOE budgets .
• Assess performance drivers and merchant sales against:
• Prior year’s sales
• Current year budgeted sales
• Category average
• Building average
• Implement billing and collection guidelines, working closely with the Billing and Collection team to maintain minimal A/R.
