As a Mall Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Job Scope
Financial and P&L Management
Direct responsibility for P&L, budget, and receivables of assigned building/center/area.
Monitor income statements to ensure alignment with gross revenues and DOE budgets.
Assess performance drivers and merchant sales against:
Prior year's sales
Current year budgeted sales
Sales requirements
Category average
Building average
Implement billing and collection guidelines, working closely with the Billing and Collection team to maintain minimal A/R.
Manage quarterly budgets and provide assumptions.
