About the Role

Who you are:
Develop and coordinate the Make Department. Responsible for securing Make Department meets short-term to long-term goals and customer expectations. Actively work with operational interfaces, communicate and coordinate.
About the job:
Responsible for the performance and output of the unit, including financial KPIs.
Work together with BHE factory management team to achieve factory’s KPI target.
Set and follow up targets for the unit, connecting to factory targets and break down to cell level.
Responsible for team’s：SafetyQualityDeliveryCost
Secure ALPS Implementation, including Lean Six Sigma.
Secure Standardized work & SOP are approved and followed
Understand and deal with the real problems of the production by being present at Gemba.
Drive and lead Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement activities, and secure the result.
