WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ensure guest satisfaction and the overall quality of the customer experience

Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and recognize returning guests

Manage the monthly inventory of wines and spirits

Provide hands-on support to the team with various service-related tasks to ensure smooth operations

Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager

Present and train the team on new products (wines and spirits)
