Responsibilities

• Perform trades duties approaching journeyman level in electrical, plumbing, and painting, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Supervise Maintenance Workers and designated staff.
• Construct walls, doors, floors, ceilings, and windows; frame, apply, and finish materials such as drywall, wood paneling, and floor coverings.
• Design, construct, and repair furniture, cabinets, desks, tables, and shelves.
• Engage in plastering, painting, and decorating, contributing to minor renovations and general maintenance.
