You as a Maintenance Technician will:
Operate and maintain all courthouse equipment and toolsRespond to emergency, urgent, routine on-demand service requests and performs preventative and corrective action on facility mechanical and courthouse equipment and systemsMonitor assigned equipment and systems by conducting facility walkthroughs and Building Automation (BAS) monitoringLead tradesmen/ subcontractors (accompany) on equipment repair, preventative maintenance and calibration.
