Maintenance Technician

About The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on, can‑do Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for maintaining and repairing building systems—from mechanical and electrical equipment to everyday facility operations—helping ensure everything stays safe, efficient and reliable.

What You’ll Do

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
