About the Role

Overview
Maintenance Technician – 12-Month Contract (Inside IR35)

Cpl Life Sciences are seeking an Engineering / Maintenance Technician for a 12-month contract in Liverpool. This role involves supporting both planned and reactive maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment while ensuring full compliance with HSE and cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks

Troubleshoot recurring issues and support process improvements

Use CMMS to record maintenance activities and manage spare parts

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with site procedures

Promote and maintain a strong safety and cGMP culture

Support training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Engineering apprenticeship required; HNC/HND preferred
