Maintenance Technician

Main responsibilities:

• Promotes measures for the implementation of effective Preventive Maintenance, Routine and Predictive Maintenance programs of machines and equipment.
• Performs installation, repairs, Condition Base Maintenance of installed Equipment & Machineries both for Production & Utilities with respect to its Mechanical, Electrical, Controllers, & Programmable Logic Controller System.
• Ensures that all electro-mechanical and fully automated equipment satisfy all process requirements, man and environmental safety to achieve the necessary yield and EER improvement of the workshops.
• Reports in writings all abnormalities noticed, corrective action done & ensure correctness of data at all times.
• See to it that System & Established Procedures are properly followed.
• Accomplishes all reports required by respective Supervisor that would be beneficial to Maintenance Objectives like Daily Accomplishment Reports.
