Maintenance Technician

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Key process: Optical Coating, Scribe and Cleaving, Sawing, Die Sorting, AOI, Stack and Unstacking

• To assist production and engineering in achieving assembly goals.
• Conduct first level check on equipment failure.  
• To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production and engineering use. 
• Perform periodic verification, calibration and preventive maintenance on equipment/ tools/ fixtures. To provide technical support on process to ensure smooth production. 
• Execute improvement projects to improve equipment' performance, process stability and efficiency. Responsible for the overall tool-Downtime. 
• He/ she is responsible for establishing and implementing all appropriate usage of jigs & fixture. Monitoring reaction plans to improve recovery plans if any machine down.
