Required Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma and four years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.Full-time related experience in two or more skilled trades such as electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.Valid driver’s license.Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.Preferred Qualifications:
Work experience in higher education or a residential setting.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
