Maintenance Technician

A Maintenance Technician is required by CareerWise Recruitment to join our East Cork based client company. Permanent role within a modern automated production facility. Excellent package available. ROLE: * Ability to carry out preventative and corrective maintenance activities, completing all associated paperwork and records * Ability to repair industrial production equipment such as high-speed machines, conveyors, packaging machines, gearboxes, bearings, motor change out, valves * Problem Solving Strong mechanical /electrical problem-solving skills are essential * Ensure real time repair of machines and equipment to get them back up & running within optimum time frame. * Ability to manage machine output on an hour-by-hour basis and analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement. * Experience in Pneumatics, Electronics, Programmable Controllers, Servo Motor drives, VSDS is an advantage * Experience in high volume automation / FMCG / robotics is an advantage * Ensure that the...
